Marx Studio offers live event painting including, but never limited to:

weddings, corporate events, private parties, private art lessons, retrospective paintings of wedding/reception based on photographs, and other custom commissions. Weddings are the most popular live event that Jordan paints, and it’s also close to her heart because that’s where her love for live painting began.

01 - collaboration

During our initial conversations, I really try to learn what your kind of style you have and colors you tend to gravitate towards. After all, this painting is going to be hanging in your home! Also, I will have you choose the size of canvas your live painting will be on.

02 - Event weekend

Your weekend is here! I will arrive at the venue a day early and begin laying in the "still" portions of the painting like backgrounds and decor.I paint on-site during your special event, while guests experience the progress of the painting throughout the night.

03 - Detailing

Each painting is filled with the details unique to your event or special day. The painting is delivered to the client a couple of weeks after the event has concluded. During these two weeks, I will ensure all of the small details are infused into your painting so that it will be a forever showpiece in your home or special place.

 

INFO // Pricing

 

Pricing for an event painting starts at $1600 and varies based on canvas size selection and possible travel cost depending on location. Your date is secured with a $500 deposit and then the remaining balance will be due one month prior to the date of the event. All payments are requested to be paid electronically through invoices sent on the payment due dates. The price includes the cost of shipping to ship the completed painting back to you after the event.

Jordan has no restrictions on travel distance and embraces that part of her job fully.

Some of the locations that have been most frequented by Marx Studio are: Montgomery, Birmingham, Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, Atlanta, Destin/Santa Rosa/Watercolor, and Nashville.
